Z series large DC motor

Z series motors can not only be powered by DC unit power supply. More suitable for delicate rectified power supply. It has small moment of inertia, good dynamic performance, and can withstand high load change rates. It is especially suitable for control systems that require smooth speed regulation, high efficiency, automatic speed stabilization, and responsive response.

Z series medium-sized DC motors; center height 355 ~ 710mm is a new medium-sized DC motor variety developed by our company after the development of Z4 series small DC motors. The performance, appearance and installation dimensions and technical requirements of this series of motors are in line with JB/9577-1999 standards and IEC international standards, and the mechanical dimensions and tolerances of the motors are in line with ISO international standards.

This series of motors can be widely used in various industrial sectors such as metallurgical industrial rolling mills, metal cutting machine tools, papermaking, dyeing and weaving, printing, cement, plastic extrusion machinery, etc. This series of motors adopts advanced design, and the stator frame adopts a polygonal lamination structure, which makes full use of the space and has the advantages of small size, light weight and good performance. The stator yoke, magnetic poles and armature core are all made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel plates, which have good magnetic conductivity. The entire stator and rotor are treated with solvent-free vacuum pressure impregnation (VPl), which makes the winding have good moisture resistance and mechanical strength, and excellent insulation and thermal conductivity. This series of motors adopts rolling bearings, non-stop oiling structure, and the insulation level is H level. This series of motors can be powered not only by DC power supply, but also by static rectifier power supply. They have small moment of inertia, good dynamic performance, and can withstand high load change rate.
